Since 2018, S.P. ASSOCIATES has proudly served as a trusted vendor for SOA University, providing comprehensive electrification services for both new projects and maintenance. Our continued partnership demonstrates our expertise in delivering high-quality electrical solutions tailored to meet the dynamic needs of educational institutions. This ongoing collaboration highlights our commitment to excellence and reliability, ensuring that SOA University’s infrastructure remains safe, efficient, and up to date with modern electrification standards. It includes installation & Erection of Power Transformer,33KV Panel,11KV Panel, PCC, MCC, Battery Charger, ACDB, DCDB, cable tray work, cable laying with gland & termination of (both HT & LT Motors & Panels), Instrumentation work, Lighting Works, Earthing System etc.
ITBP Khurda Electrification Project
Completed all electrical internal and external electrification at ITBP Barrack Khurda,1.75 Lakh Sq.Mtr Roof Area subletting from UMSL, within the time frame from June 2018 to March 2020. This included the supply of materials, erection, testing and commissioning.
Cement Grinding Unit RAMCO Cement
Completed Installation & Erection Project of Electrical & Instrumentation work at Ramco Cement Grinding Unit at Haridaspur, Jajpur, Odisha from Apr-2019 to June-2020. It includes 5no’s of 6.6/0.433kV,2.5MVA,3 Phase, 50 Hz, Dyn 11 Oil cooled outdoor type Transformers.
OPTCL 220KV Bay Extension Project
Completed the installation and erection of Structure, control and relay panels, CT, CVT, bus stringing, cable tray, Earthing work, cable laying with gland, 2 nos of 220KV bay extension project at OPTCL New Duburi, Jajpur Road. Subletting from A.K. DAS Ltd. from May 2018 to Feb 2020.
SUM ULTIMATE Hospital Electrification
Completed external electrification of the hospital project at SUM ULTIMATE, Bhubaneswar, SOA University. This included the installation and commissioning of 2×1.6MVA power transformers, LT panels, bus bar trunking, cable tray erection, bus duct and cable laying with gland and termination. Duration: May 2019 to Jan 2020.
132/25KV Substation Project at Malatipatpur
We have successfully completed the 132/25KV substation project at Malatipatpur, Puri. This project included the dragging, installation, and oil filtration of a 40MVA traction transformer, as well as the erection of structures and equipment like CT, PT, LA, isolators, etc. Duration: July 2019 to Dec 2019.
Chandaka Substation Earth Mat Renovation
Completed the earth mat renovation and special tripod Earthing project at Chandaka 220/132/33KV substation. This project involved the supply and erection of both civil and electrical work under the supervision of OPTCL.It includes Renovation of entire Earthing System from Nov-2019 to Sep-2020.
OPTCL 132/33KV Substation at Brajabiharipur
Completed the installation and erection of a 132/33KV substation at New Brajabiharipur, CDA, Cuttack, which had 9 nos. 132KV bays and 11 nos. 33KV bays, Vacuum circuit breakers, control and relay panels, CT, CVT, isolators, bus stringing, cable tray with support, complete Earthing work, and cable laying with gland and termination. Subletting from A.K. DAS Lt from Feb-2018 to Jan202.
OPTCL Substation Project at Bhatli, Bargarh
Completed the installation and erection of a 132/33KV substation with 7 nos. 132KV bays and 13 nos. 33KV bays, along with a 40 km 132KV line for the greenfield project at Bhatli, Bargarh. Subletting from A.K. DAS Ltd. The project also involves Vacuum circuit breakers, control and relay panels, CT, CVT, isolators, bus stringing, cable tray with support, and cable laying with gland and termination & Earthing work.
JSW Mines, Barbil Substation Project
We have successfully completed the installation and erection project of a 33/6.6/415V substation at JSW Mines, Barbil. This project included the installation of a 20MVA transformer, Oil filtration, Testing& Commissioning, 6.6KV panel, 415V PCC Pnl, Battery Bank, Battery Charger,33KV 4-pole structure, and the laying of HT and LT cables.
